DescriptionThe Ecommerce Shipping Supervisor oversees the packaging and shipment of Ecommerce Sales and Transfer orders ensuring ship dates are met.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
Monitors all orders being worked on for accuracy and troubleshoots problems that arise.
Ensures employees have enough work to keep them busy.
Assists Shipping Manager in routing procedures.
Processes packages for delivery to customers.
Develops and implements training programs.
Ensures accuracy of EDI requirements for EDI customersReads and interprets vendor manuals.
Creates all shipping plans to 3 PL warehousesCoordinates all transfer orders to 3 PL warehousesTracks and reports all Key Performance Indicators for Zak Transfer order processing activity, Tracks and reports Key Performance Indicators for 3PL partner performanceResponsible for directing all daily DTC fulfillment activities from Spokane WarehouseEnsures all daily zone replenishment activity is coordinated and completed.
Tracks and reports all Key Performance Indicators for DTC Fulfillment activities from Spokane WarehouseResolves and reports all 3PL and DTC non-compliance issues that come up.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILTIES:
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or
Experience:
Associate degree (A.

) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and/or one to two years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports, correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of company.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Other Skills and Abilities:
Must be able to tactfully deal with various personalities throughout the company and deal effectively and professionally with internal and external customers.
Must be proficient in utilizing computer programs for processing data and writing reports.
Required program applications include:
Microsoft Outlook (intermediate level), Microsoft Excel (intermediate level), Microsoft Word (intermediate level), Oracle.
