Summary of FunctionsThe Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the flow of digital marketing communications for entities under Kalispel Tribal Economic Authority.
In addition to maintaining the current volume of those communications, this individual will support the long-term vision and strategic plan for digital marketing evolution.
The main responsibilities of this position include creating email and web content and coordinating strategies that will raise the level of customer communication, acquisition and retention in those areas.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ensure compliance with the Kalispel Tribe of Indians-Internal Controls, and NQRC Policies and Procedures Ability to work cross-departmentally to gather assets, business requirements, marketing goals and objectives Stay current with best practices, strategies, legislation and industry standards related to the online landscape Ensure a cohesive customer experience across all channels Become cross-trained in other online/digital marketing assets (i.
e.
Social Media marketing) and support when necessary - including content creation Assist with organizational internal communications when needed May be required to be a panelist for the Internal Review Hearings This job description does not list all of the duties of this position.
You may be instructed by management to perform other duties as assigned Email Marketing Facilitate the execution of email campaigns, ensuring they're conducted in a way that aligns with best practices, and integrates with existing and future campaigns Formulate a email template strategy that includes scheduled evolutions Ensure email structure and content is compelling, accurate and on brand Write copy, collaborate on image selections and properly time messages with best practices Design and deploy email testing strategies Monitor and analyze results and provide insights and recommendations to improve email performance Build and own email marketing calendar(s) designed to support the needs of all KTEA entities Work with Marketing Mangers to coordinate calendar with supporting social media promotions and advertising buys Track and analyze trends, competitive landscape and consumer insights Work with Marketing Managers to implement segmentation strategy that encompasses various customer profiles and engagement history (interest, brand affinity, gender, profile, etc.
) Devise and implement email acquisition strategies to increase list sizes and validity Manage, organize and maintain the integrity of all lists within the databases of the utilized email platform Website Maintenance Serve as the point person on content management for all KTEA entity websites, any third-party websites and the Kalispel Tribe website In collaboration with the marketing team, write and deploy compelling, optimized content as necessitated by the various initiatives of each entity Identify, troubleshoot and escalate any web-related issues affecting guest experience and usability of all sites Provide analytic reporting and offer actionable recommendations leveraging Google Analytics and other analytic tools Provide training on content management system to designated staff as needed Partner with Marketing management and external vendors to implement any site redesign or other web-related projects Content Marketing and Internal Communications Support external content marketing initiatives based on the developed strategy Creatively produce content when necessary to support the Social Media Strategist Support the Director of Public Relations with any required Team Member Communications writing, editing and proof reading Supervisory ResponsibilitiesNoneEducationRequires a BA in Marketing, Communications, a new media field or a web/online related proficiencyExperienceAt least two years experience in a digital marketing role, advertising or a related fieldSkills Experience with high-volume, fast-paced email campaigns HTML understanding is required Adept at web content management Comfortable with a DSLR type camera and photo editing for content marketing purposes Individual must be a strong communicator, have excellent written, presentation, oral communication and interpersonal skills Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language Ability to identify new and alternative ways to leverage digital channels Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced organization Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Strong knowledge of emerging digital media trends Strong knowledge of various device platform Individual must be able to think creatively and strategically, have excellent judgment and be able to work in a changing environment.

Must be willing to sign a legally binding non-competition contract that prohibits activity that directly conflicts with the integrity of Kalispel Tribe Economic Authority's business interests and its affiliate organizations as specified within the contract, for the duration of time listed.
