General Accountabilities Direct the ordering and preparation of all food served in the casino.
Hire & Inspire staff to reach their potential.
Establish department objectives, budgets, SOPs, and management practices that will result in achieving casino goals.
Collaborate with Sous Chefs for quality, consistency, guest satisfaction, techniques, recipes, and cost control.
Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required, with completion of a culinary trades' college, institution, or recognized apprenticeship preferred.
Must have knowledge and ability to prepare stocks, soups, and base sauces.
Demonstrated organizational skills, budgeting skill, and understanding of financial reports.
Previous supervisory experience.
5 years' experience as an executive chef preferred.
Recommended Skills Accounting Coordinating Financial Management Management Accounting Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
