Trainer (Training Within Industry)
Functions and Responsibilities
Maintain disciplines and ensure actual practices meet TWE expectations:
Ensure TWE training methods are understood and sustained by auditing actual practices against standard JI methods.
Provide input and feedback to Master Trainers, Supervisors, and Process Techs regarding training needs and quality of TWE program.
Ensure JIB's are kept current and accurately document "one best way."
Train employees in the instructor role:
Train instructors in creating and delivering Job Instruction Breakdowns (JIB's)
Evaluate instructors to ensure TWE expectations are met and to oversee the professional development of the instructors.
Act as mentor, providing value-added expertise and support to instructors answering training questions and closing gaps in understanding in training methods.
Be a resource to area Supervisors to propagate TWE methodologies (JI, JM, and JR):
Evaluate performance indicators (Gross Margin; RM Yield; Flow; 3+ skill level) to ensure JIB's and training are being developed to improve performance and address gaps.
Support supervisors in creating and updating training timetables.
Maintains expertise in continuous improvement processes such as Job Methods (JM).
Required Experience
Qualifications
Two or more years of training experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
Self-starter with a strategic viewpoint and the ability to analyze issues and challenges as well as recommend solutions.
Strong customer service orientation.
Excellent communication, presentation and organization skills.
Proven ability to work with employees at all levels, including other instructors, subject matter experts, supervisors and senior management.
Demonstrated ability to perform in the classroom and shop floor and office areas.
Strong project management skills ? ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
