Alorica?s looking for a few good team members to provide awesome sales and customer service support through our online chat group.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Respond to online chat requests from customers and prospects related to client specific programs and products

  • Identifies and responds to customer's needs based on designated procedures of account/client.

  • Handles various incoming sales-focused online chat requests.

  • Escalates calls to supervisor when necessary and appropriate

  • Promotes and sells client products by emphasizing product features and benefits based on customers' needs.

  • Provides feedback reports on call issues related to downtime and/or training issues

  • Attempts to upgrade existing customers based on customers' needs.

  • May perform other client specific duties as necessary and required by program/account.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education and Experience:


  • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred

  • Phone or online related customer service preferred

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Must type 35 wpm

  • Excellent written communication skills including grammar and spelling

  • Strong computer skills

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Solid business and sales knowledge

  • Ability to stay composed and objective

  • Patience/empathetic

  • Mental acuity

  • Conversational tone in chat format

  • Confident/Assertive

  • Demonstrate a positive attitude

Work Environment

Physical Demands

Constant sedentary work. You?ll typically be sitting for most of the time, so be sure get up and stretch once in a while. Your circulatory system will thank you.

Don't Be Fooled

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
